Who are the CQC?

The CQC are the regulating body that oversee the standards of care delivered by health and social care organisations. They carry out regular inspections of our service to ensure we provide high quality care. 

The CQC monitor, inspect and regulate services to make sure they meet fundamental standards of quality and safety. Once the inspection is complete they publish their findings, including performance ratings, in order to help customers choose their care provider. The CQC welcome all feedback, compliments and complaints.
